About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Lead to support our project management and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and hands-on experience with Jira.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bridge Between Teams
    • Act as a bridge between different teams (Operations, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Support) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Project Tracking and Workflows
    • Manage project tracking and workflows using Jira (creating, assigning, monitoring tasks, and reporting).
  • Clear Communication
    • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
  • Meetings and Minutes
    • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare MOMs (minutes of meetings), and follow up on action items.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify risks, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process Improvements
    • Support process improvements to increase team efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
  • Cross-Functional Experience
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
