Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Facilitator to join our organization. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects and teams.

Temenos is a leading provider of banking software solutions, and we are passionate about empowering banks to deliver innovative customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will also coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment by promoting cross-functional collaboration and open communication.

You will work closely with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure alignment across teams and meet ART-level commitments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of experience working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
