Sr. Agile Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Agile Project Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

  • Project Management;
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the project's progress;
  • Monitor the project's progress and ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize project performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
