Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Lead to drive and manage agile software development projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Execute projects according to agile methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and reports. Ensure transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure that software products meet quality expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams. Implement agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that project outcomes align with their goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with atleast 5 years of experience in this role
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
