As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving success and growth.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to support the Business Development Team in data collection and documentation for pre-qualification.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to study client business models and create tailored solutions.
  • A knack for developing unique value propositions that meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to evaluate Zyeta's competency and plan outsourcing if necessary.
  • Eagerness to implement feedback and address client needs aggressively.

Bid Stage Expectations

  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify client requirements and create winning bids.
  • Strategize and execute pitches aligned with clients' business needs.
  • Validate design bids and ensure alignment with overall solutions.
  • Plan contingencies and risks.
  • Answer key questions: why award the project, how to win, and how to establish competence.

Project Execution Stage Key Responsibilities

  • Align with client KPIs and project goals.
  • Certify cash flow and moderate con-calls.
  • Plan contingencies and risks independently.
  • Review drawings, documents, and budget tracking proactively.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and ensure design intent is met.
  • Cross-verify project status, action items, costs, and timelines.

Project Closure Stage Objectives

  • Verify training sessions and techno-commercial closure.
  • Improve onboarding processes and handover experience.
  • Engage clients and procure feedback on overall project experience.
