Job Overview

The role of a Hospital Engagement Specialist involves regular visits to designated hospitals, where you will engage with key medical staff to promote assigned products and drive prescription growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hospital & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Plan and execute daily hospital visit schedules in accordance with assigned targets
  • Meet with key stakeholders such as Head Nurses, RMOs, and Chief Dieticians to present product benefits and address their needs
  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement
  • Promote products effectively using sales techniques to meet monthly performance targets and encourage consistent prescription generation through regular interactions with healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize promotional strategies
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of product promotion strategies and participate in regular training programs, review meetings, and company-led initiatives
