Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Engagement Specialist with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End to End recruitment for IT Positions across various technologies.
  2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals and networking)
  3. Manage Employee Onboarding, Documentation and orientation process.
  4. Assist in performance management, employee engagement and retention.
  5. Handle Employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution in alignment with companies policies.

Key Skill & Qualification

  1. Bachelor's or Master degree In HR or related Field.
  2. Strong Knowledge of US IT Recruitment.
  3. 2 + Years of experience US IT Staffing.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
