We are seeking an Engagement Partner L1 to support client relationship management, delivery coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves working closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and business units to ensure effective communication, smooth execution of projects, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client engagement at the L1 level.
  • Assist senior engagement managers/partners in managing client accounts and relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Track and report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and progress reports.
  • Gather client feedback and escalate concerns for resolution.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and service improvement.
  • Maintain documentation related to client interactions, SLAs, and performance metrics.

Mandatory Skills: Security Compliance and Framework.Experience: 8-10 Years.
