Your Role 

Seeking an experienced SAP Engagement Manager to lead complex SAP DevOps programmes and portfolios. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP projects, including multi-million-pound budgets, cross-functional teams of 40+, and long-duration client engagements. Strong consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) and expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) are essential.

- Lead SAP programmes with high business impact
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects
- Design and implement governance and reporting structures
- Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and change control
- Mentor and coach project teams
