We are seeking an experienced Project Manager at L5 level to lead our Greenfield SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale SAP projects, with a focus on Greenfield implementations and extensive experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Key Responsibilities:

•    Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end Greenfield SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

•    Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

•    Team Management: Oversee a team of SAP consultants, developers, and other project staff, providing guidance and support.

•    Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

•    Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of project milestones.

•    Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality in project deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.

•    Methodology: Utilize SAP Activate methodology for project planning and execution.

•    Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications:

•    Experience: 10-15 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 5 years in Greenfield SAP implementation projects.

•    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

•    Certifications: PMP, SAP certification in relevant modules, and extensive experience with SAP Activate methodology.

•    Skills:

•    Strong leadership and team management skills.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Proficiency in project management tools and software.

•    In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.

•    Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
