As a Business Partner – Employee Engagement at Recykal, you will be the architect of our people
experience, driving initiatives that inspire, connect, and retain our talent. Your role will blend strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen our culture and make Recykal a workplace where people truly thrive. '
Key Responsibilities
1. Engagement Strategy & Execution
- Design engagement calendars aligned to business priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor participation, feedback, and ROI of engagement activities.
2. Employee Listening & Feedback
- Conduct pulse surveys, focus groups
- Partner with managers to address feedback and close identified gaps.
- Prepare engagement dashboards and present findings to leadership.
3. Culture & Inclusion
- Promote organizational values and inclusive practices in daily operations.
4. Recognition & Communication
- Drive recognition programs (spot awards, service anniversaries, team celebrations).
- Create internal communication plans for engagement events, survey results, and cultural updates.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with L&D, PMS, and TA teams to ensure engagement links with career development and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors for events, surveys, or wellness services if outsourced.
