Job Details: 

The HR Business Partner will support InvoiceCloud's India business by providing strategic advice to local leaders and employees. Key responsibilities include leadership coaching, employee development, recruitment, and handling employee relations specific to the India market. The role will work closely with managers on change and talent management, ensuring alignment with local business needs and culture. 

As part of the global HR team, this position collaborates with the broader HR Business Partner team, Total Rewards, Operations, Recruiting, and Learning & Development to integrate strategies, share insights, and maintainconsistency across regions. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Leadership Coaching 

Act as a frontline resource for InvoiceCloud India employees partnering with the extended leadership team, people leaders and individual contributors on coaching, development, and employee relations matters. Play a key role in working with people leaders on change management and talent management initiatives.Provoke positive changes in people management by coaching and encouraging effective feedback loops between employees and managers.Partner with Learning & Development on leadership training and continuing education initiatives. 

Organizational Design & Strategic Planning 

Identify organizational gaps and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the teams to perform effectively, and scale efficiently with an eye towards global best practices.  Conduct talent reviews and begin thinking about succession planning with key stakeholders. Positively collaborate across peer groups - specifically, individuals within Recruiting, Training and Finance to optimize the acquisition, integration, and development of InvoiceCloud talent and achieve company goals.Provide guidance and input on business restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning. 

Biannual Promotion Process  

Collaborate on promotion process with the broader HR team including assisting with promotion files, manager coaching and Workday changes.Keep abreast of local best practices, market data and regulations 

Employee Relations & PIPs 

Autonomously manage employee relations with an unbiased balanced approach with a high degree of discretion.Lead Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) partnering with managers on documentation, plan initiation, feedback, and execution. 

Engagement 

Partner on annual Engagement survey working with leaders to build clear metrics and action plans.Collaborate with the global HR team to build and implement programs and initiatives across InvoiceCloud. 

Reporting & Analytics 

Collaborate on Yearly OKRs & KPIs as well as board tracked metrics.Conduct data analysis and prepare presentation materials as needed in line with business and HR requests.  Partner with FP&A and Recruiting to identify key metrics and proactively measure trends to inform the business. Manage all Workday related job changes.Conduct exit Interviews and manage exit process including reporting on exits quarterly to assess trends, strengths, and development opportunities.Help build and maintain policies that support both local and global business's needs.Collaborate with other global HR members to improve on internal HR processes and best practices 

 Qualifications:  

Bachelors degree or equivalent10-15 years experience working within HR, preference for progressively responsible roles in HR or working in an existing HR Business Partner capacityExperience working for a global organization – preferably a GCC or a startupExperience with employee relations & performance managementProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Greenhouse and other HR specific systems a plus
