Hyderabad, IndienFestanstellungPersonalhr-business-partnerWe are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner with 5-13 years of experience as an HR Generalist, to join our dynamic team.Key responsibilities:Development and implementation of corporate structures and processes in close collaboration with the GCC Head for the establishment of our new IT and Digitalization HUB in HyderabadBuilding and fostering a positive corporate culture in close cooperation with the GCC HeadDevelopment and execution of strategies to build an employer brand aimed at attracting and retaining talentResponsibility for a successful recruitment process to hire new team members for the new business unit, as well as managing external service providers in the HR environmentOngoing support and development of employees and leadership personnelEnsuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, as well as aligning local HR regulations with global HR standardsProactive support of the IT and Digitalization HUB setup through strategic HR initiatives in close collaboration with Global HR, taking into account the strategic direction of the headquartersActing as a key liaison between employees, Corporate/Global HR, and external partners while managing administrative responsibilities related to the employee lifecycle and employee benefits.Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, requests, and concerns within the GCC, including policy clarification, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.Required Skills & Qualifications:5-13 years as an HR Generalist in corporate structures within an international environmentProven experience working in global teams and a strong understanding of global organizational structures and their developmentStrong process implementation skills, particularly in the area of building and scaling new business unitsStartup mindset and ability to balance Regional and Global needs in relation to Employee lifecycle.Deep understanding of the tech industry and current trends, combined with proven recruiting experience for filling tech positionsConceptual and process-oriented thinking paired with a hands-on mentalityExcellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and confident demeanor when collaborating with leadership and engaging with employeesHigh level of trustworthiness and integrity, along with entrepreneurial and innovative thinking and passion towards building people centric organizationBenefits:Opportunity to Shape GCC from the Ground Up in HR functionGlobal ExposureStrategic ImpactInnovation-Driven CultureRecognition & OwnershipCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive, inclusive & flexible work environment -> People first approachHealth BenefitsHybrid work policyiPhone/iPad for Employees possibleAbout Us:Multivac Technology Solutions India Private Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the MULTIVAC Group.MULTIVAC Group, founded in 1961 in the Allgäu region of Germany, is a leading global provider of integrated packaging and processing solutions for food, medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial products.
