Lead Workday Financials Implementations

We are seeking an experienced consultant to spearhead the successful delivery of Workday Financials implementations and support engagements.

This role involves hands-on execution of project deliverables, strategic client consultation, and mentoring of junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Workday Financials for clients.
  • Facilitate discovery and planning workshops, gather and document requirements, and design scalable solutions.
  • Configure business processes, reports, and integrations in Workday Financials modules.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials, offering strategic advice and best practices to clients.
  • Interpret client requirements, propose alternative solutions, and align system configuration with business goals.

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Guide junior consultants by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing developmental feedback.
  • Share lessons learned, implementation insights, and product knowledge across project teams.

Internal Collaboration & Contribution:

  • Participate in internal initiatives, training sessions, and domain-specific working groups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/Financials implementations.
  • Minimum 4+ years of direct experience implementing Workday Financials.
  • Deep expertise in one or more Workday Financials modules.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and client-facing skills.
