Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Workday professional to lead and manage small implementation projects, drive project delivery, and provide go-live assistance.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Workday modules, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll, and will be able to design and implement complex configurations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering and definition
  • Designing Workday solutions to meet client needs
  • Configuring Workday modules based on client requirements
  • Performing self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered
  • Application testing and production support
