Workday Consultant Role

As a Workday consultant, you will be responsible for delivering solutions across various Workday modules. This includes planning and prioritizing work, managing small implementation projects, developing complex configurations, and providing go-live assistance and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.

  • Deliver solutions for at least one of the following Workday modules: Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll
  • Identify scope, scope gaps, and address them
  • Communicate and collaborate with project internal/external stakeholders for project success and plan inputs
  • Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritize capacity, and define development and analysis timelines
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday configuration build and migrations, data conversion, and reporting concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to new skills, manage multiple projects and teams, and work in a global and remote team
Eligibility:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum
