Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Implementation and Configuration: Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  • Business Requirements: Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  • Leave Management: Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Time Tracking Configuration: Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Security and Reporting: Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
  • Functional Inputs: Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
  • System Testing: Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
