Time and Absence Specialist

The Time and Absence Specialist will lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of time and absence modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules and business processes.

  • Acting as the primary specialist during implementations, upgrades, and support phases.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to time and absence policies and processes.
  • Configuring and maintaining time and absence modules including time cards, absence types, time entry rules, approval hierarchies, and work schedules.
  • Designing and implementing time and attendance solutions aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to integrate time and absence with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.
  • Leading testing efforts including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations.

Additionally, experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs for interfacing is a plus, and certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence is preferred.
