Job Title: Technical/Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team as a Technical/Functional Consultant.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk.

  • This role involves designing, implementing, and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients.
  • The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support to clients on HCM modules and features.
  • A strong relationship builder, this individual will develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM product releases and features.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM Functional areas such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.

The ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.
