Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud

Job Description:

You will work with a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development, focusing on US and Canada Payroll. This includes developing and supporting payroll data extracts, updating templates, and working on BIP and OTBI developments.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills and expertise in Fast Formula development, as well as experience in SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming. Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA knowledge is also required.

Your key responsibilities will include gathering technical requirements from the business, documenting them in technical specifications, and testing RICE components. Additionally, you will review open cases/issues, troubleshoot for resolution, and consult on requested technical changes.

You will analyze the impact of technical changes, ensure data integrity and governance, and support large/complex data imports and extracts. Furthermore, you will provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.

Requirements:

A Master's degree or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields is required. Good knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area is also necessary.

Desired Skills:

Strong communications skills (both verbal & written) are desired, as is readiness to work night shifts.
