Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced control specialist to join our team. As a senior control specialist, you will be responsible for conducting independent reviews of internal controls, ensuring timely reporting to team members and management, and implementing control processes and corrective actions.

  • Conduct thorough on-site internal control reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective control processes and corrective actions to address identified issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of internal controls.
  • Review and ensure adherence to US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Facilitate the completion of mandatory statutory and corporate reporting requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Chartered Accountant certification with at least 8 years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles, including 4 years in a Big 4 environment.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
