Robotics Engineer Job

Job Description:

  • Design and develop high-precision control systems for real-time applications.
  • Develop robust algorithms for motor control with microsecond precision.
  • Collaborate with AI and perception teams to integrate weed detection with precision actuation.
  • Build sensor fusion pipelines combining IMU, GNSS, RTK, odometry, and custom sensors.
  • Test and tune control systems in real-world field conditions (dust, heat, vibrations, uneven terrain).
  • Scale work to multi-laser, multi-unit robotic platforms.
  • Implement safety mechanisms, redundancy, and fail-safe protocols.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate hardware subsystems.

Requirements:

  • Experience with BLDC motor control and precision positioning.
  • Strong knowledge of control theory (PID, adaptive control, state-space).
  • Hands-on programming experience on embedded systems.
  • Experience with ROS/ROS2 and communication protocols.
  • Comfort working at the intersection of hardware and software.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in robotics engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
