Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in OTL and demonstrate a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas. This includes gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and designing and developing solutions.

A key responsibility of this role is to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams, to ensure seamless integration and effective deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
