Workday Time Tracking Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and support team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to configure and support the Workday Time Tracking module, ensuring seamless integration with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Configure and support the Workday Time Tracking module, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement customized time tracking solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Time Tracking certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
