Job Description

We are transitioning from a legacy Enterprise Resource Planning system to a new, integrated solution built within Zoho One. The goal is to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

This role requires both technical expertise and practical business acumen to lead the setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, inventory management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as needed.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing Zoho One solutions, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with our team remotely.
