Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Payroll/Expense/Accounts Payable team as a Financial Operations Specialist. This role will provide opportunities to work on various tasks related to financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer timely, accurate, and efficient processing of payroll operations.
  • Maintain payroll account ledgers, prepare reports, resolve payroll discrepancies, and perform routine internal audits.
  • Analyze and reconcile payroll activity, identify possible issues, make recommendations, and support conclusions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, such as ADP and/or Workday.
  • Build knowledge and skills to continuously develop customer service, teaming, and reporting skill sets.
  • Analyze data and create data insights to drive decision making by leveraging various tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with other departments.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
