Job Description

This role involves specializing in financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) through in-depth analysis and reporting, providing meaningful insights to senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics
  • Building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures
  • Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan
  • Collaborating with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong logical reasoning skills for navigating complex models and advanced Excel functions
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence management and make improvements to keep pace with a fast-moving environment
  • Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills
