Job Summary

The role of the Finance Manager is pivotal in ensuring the financial well-being and strategic direction of our operations. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and financial analysis to drive accurate financial planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
  • Cost Control & Optimization: Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems and processes, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, implement inventory controls, and perform physical verification.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and long-term financial planning, including capital expenditure planning.
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Validate, approve, review, and manage the collection and payment of AR and AP for both external and internal customers and suppliers.
  • Audit & Compliance: Act as a point of contact for external auditors, coordinate audit activities, and address audit queries in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to headquarter reporting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS, cross-border compliance requirements, proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel, and experience with Oracle Netsuite ERP software is an advantage.
