Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR professional to fill a critical role within our organization.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-caliber talent to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and payroll information.
  • Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Effectively handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations, maintaining a culture of compliance.
  • Support senior management in performance appraisals and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven HR experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in the aviation/education/training industry is an asset but not mandatory.
