We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring timely delivery of services, and driving revenue growth.

  • Owning key accounts through farming and selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)">
  • Translating client goals into delivery plans and ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence and quality">
  • Managing Service Orders/ Master Service Agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections">
  • Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand and improving time-to-fill">
  • Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts and flagging risks and driving resolutions">

Requirements:

You will need:

  • ">
  • 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing">
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management">
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure">
  • A working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle/Agile and IT hiring cycles">

  • MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance">
  • Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)">
