Key Account Executive Job Description
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and business development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
">- Drive Business Growth: Expand our channel presence in the assigned territory, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor Retail Performance: Regularly visit and assess the performance of retail outlets in the catchment area, providing feedback and support to ensure they meet our standards.
- Achieve Acquisition Targets: Develop and execute strategies to drive acquisition and revenue growth, both inbound and outbound.
- Operationalize Jio Points: Oversee the operationalization of all Jio points within a designated Jio Centre, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient operations.
- Preferred Outlet Management: Own the performance of preferred outlets in the territory, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Ensure world-class customer experience at Jio Points, addressing customer complaints and implementing improvements as needed.
- Hygiene and Governance: Maintain high standards of hygiene and governance at Jio Points, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Team Productivity: Monitor and manage the productivity of the team, providing guidance and training to optimize performance.
- Channel Partner Management: Evaluate, train, and manage channel partners to ensure they meet our expectations and contribute to our business goals.
Skill Set:
- Territory Familiarity: In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory, including its demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Distribution Management: Proven ability to manage distribution channels effectively, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- People Management: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Influencing and Negotiation: Skilled in influencing and negotiation, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive results.
- Problem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues quickly and effectively.
