Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Account Executive
with strong knowledge of
Tally
and hands-on experience in
export documentation
. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing billing processes, and ensuring smooth accounting operations, including payments and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain
    purchase and sales bills
    in Tally with proper tracking.
  • Prepare and manage
    export documentation
    as per company and statutory requirements.
  • Initiate
    vendor payments
    and maintain payment schedules.
  • Follow up and ensure timely
    payment collection from customers
    .
  • Reconcile accounts, maintain ledgers, and support audits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers for billing and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an
    Account Executive
    or similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP
    (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in
    export documentation
    .
  • Knowledge of vendor payment processes and customer collection handling.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent.
