About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced business leader to launch and manage assigned brands in the specialty segment. The role requires expertise in premium brand selling, key opinion leader engagement, and driving patient adoption in alignment with the brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Launch & Growth:
    • Launch assigned brands in the specialty segment as per brand strategy.
    • Achieve patients on therapy, unit, and value targets.
  • Customer Engagement & KOL Development:
    • Ensure optimal customer coverage and strengthen key opinion leader relationships.
    • Initiate and execute compliant medico-marketing activities for brand visibility and adoption.
  • Business Planning & Execution:
    • Proactively plan and implement business strategies for the region.
    • Monitor distribution channels for seamless product availability and high-quality services.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Recommend actionable strategies to optimize performance in line with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in life sciences, pharmacy, or business management (preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in specialty segment sales.
  • Proven track record of selling premium brands is essential.
  • Strong relationship management skills with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
