Job Title: Geographical Expansion Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Geographical Expansion Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the expansion of our business into new regions and geographies, developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business into new regions and geographies
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute expansion plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to support expansion plans
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of expansion plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial services or related industry
- Proven track record of success in leading business expansion and growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
