Regional Human Resources Director

To oversee the entire spectrum of HR activities for a particular region and/or set of job functions. This encompasses:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies for Business divisions in the region, in close collaboration with concerned Zonal HR Partners.
  • Synchronizing manpower planning and hiring targets with business growth projections to meet organizational objectives.
  • Designing innovative recruitment tools and diversifying sourcing channels for hiring candidates with specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and disseminating goal sheets based on performance targets for all Business divisions in the region.
  • Effectively managing the employee lifecycle for the region/Channel, from sourcing to exit/retention.
  • Interacting with line managers to understand HR issues and resolving critical employee grievances.
  • Coordinating with the HR Operational Process Team for employee query resolution, including matters related to onboarding, payroll, PF, gratuity, leave encashment, exit management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an MBA in HR is mandatory.
  • Candidates with 30-45 days' notice period are preferred.
  • Candidates with experience working in banks and familiar with the local market are highly desirable.
