Job Title: Strategic Talent Manager
About the Role:
This is a high-level human resources position that focuses on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and continuously improving performance review processes, identifying training and development needs, and facilitating learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Implement visions of management to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention.
- Administer and continuously improve performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Be the agency who would proactively make sure the engineering team is taken care of.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other tools to streamline HR processes.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira to track HR initiatives, manage workflows and report on progress.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Provide expert advice and support on all HR-related matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated practical experience using Jira or similar project management/workflow tools for HR processes.
- Strong knowledge of Excel to do HR Analytics.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or product-driven environment.
- Experience with specific HRIS platforms.
