Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among sales teams.
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through prompt issue resolution and proactive communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against key metrics, including sales volume, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
