Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our lubricants business while ensuring operational integrity. You will work closely with distributors, fleet owners, and franchise car dealers to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to expand our lubricants business in the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, fleet owners, and franchise car dealers
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Non-IT) from a reputable university with a CGPA of 7 or above
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing or Petroleum Management is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B sector
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
