Territory Business Manager

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and preparing working plans for your territory based on market research and data provided. You will also be responsible for following up, monitoring, and achieving targets for your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare working plans for the territory based on market research and data provided
- Follow up, monitor, and achieve targets for the territory
- Implement and execute all strategies
- Engage with stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions pharmacy
- Discipline and punctuality with set timelines for multiple internal processes
- Basic computer skills, including Excel working, Word, and email exchanges
- Fast learner and adaptable to change in the market
- Strong communication skills, including verbal communication in English and local language
- Effective in-clinic performance
- Basic understanding and ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and product portfolio
- Organize camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs
- Prescription audit for Abbott brands and other competitors' brands
- Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience. Fresher with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered. Required Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharma.
