Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence of full endoscopy spinal systems. This role is essential for building relationships with key customers, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the successful promotion and adoption of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive sales for full endoscopy spinal systems in the assigned territory, leveraging strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve installation base targets and sales goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and therapy promotion activities, providing training and application support to customers to enhance therapy adoption.
  • Manage the lead funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting, and collaborating with spine surgeons, biomedical engineers, purchase teams, and hospital/department heads to facilitate sales.
  • Apply advanced marketing skills to understand customer requirements and purchase behavior, identifying growth opportunities within the assigned geography and coordinating with marketing services and divisional colleagues.
  • Provide competitive pricing and product analysis to support marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in medical device sales, preferably with experience in capital equipment, and a proven track record of sales achievement and channel management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical industry, and a science graduate or biomedical/biotech engineer preferred.
