Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Purpose of the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead our regional HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, personnel administration, and organizational support.

Locations we are hiring for:

Vijayawada - Andhra Pradesh (Work From Office)

What Key Tasks will be involved?
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  3. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  4. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Learning and Development (L&D):
  1. Launch regional Skill Development Centres and implement L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Facilitate and deliver training programs, including workshops, seminars, trainer-led and online courses.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Performance Management System (PMS):
  1. Conduct training on Performance Management System and associated policies for the regional team.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PMS policies and procedures.
  3. Ensure PMS process completion of the regional team within timeline.
Personnel Management:
  1. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  2. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
  3. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administration:
  1. Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.
  2. Oversee the housekeeping and pantry operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office facilities.
  3. Manage the procurement and inventory of pantry supplies, office supplies, and other essentials.
  4. Ensure timely and effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
