Human Resources Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our recruitment and hiring processes, manage employee relations, and develop training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process by working closely with stakeholders to fill open positions in a timely manner, source candidates, conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, offer employment packages, and onboard new employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Accurately process employee payroll, ensure timely distribution of paychecks, calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Administer employee benefits programs, including health and travel insurances, statutory and other company-provided benefits. Conduct regular assessments, benchmarks, and recommend adjustments to the company's benefits and compensation structures against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
  • Learning and Development/ Performance Management: Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization. Manage the performance appraisal process, working with appraisers (goal-setting, feedback, and rating/calibration).
  • HRIS Administration: Administer accurate attendance records (leave and work hours), maintain and update HR policies to ensure alignment with current legal requirements and best practices. Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day HR functions, such as responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues. Oversee and manage the company's HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data/records, including administering payroll with financial and accounting teams.
  • Other HR Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal and external parties for execution of group HR matters (including overseas HR counterparts, outsourced service providers). Initiate and manage the development of HRIS and introduction of the new HRIS project with IT and security teams. Perform other duties as required.
