Strategic HR Professional

We are seeking a seasoned HR & Administration professional to lead our People & Culture function. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, develop and implement effective HR policies, and provide expert guidance on people-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in IT/Tech. They should possess strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance, as well as excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Providing strategic guidance on people-related matters
- Leading end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (tech & non-tech)
- Driving Onboarding, Performance Management, and Career Development
- Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices
Additionally, the role involves:
- Overseeing Office Operations, Facilities, and Vendor Management
- Managing Company Policies, Contracts, and Documentation
- Ensuring smooth execution of Travel, Logistics, and Procurement
- Supporting in Finance Coordination (payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments)

Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
