Administrative and Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative and Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our operations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, designing and executing HR policies, procedures, and best practices, maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems, promoting employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives, and overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and execute HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Promote employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives to drive growth and success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent communication.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement of other essential items.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management in informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration, with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, with a focus on compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals, with a focus on technology and innovation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
