Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have 0–1 year of relevant experience, with a passion for innovation, internal communication, and people-centric initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic employee engagement initiatives to improve the Employee Engagement Index.
  • Design and execute Learning and Development programs across teams to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Promote new HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate celebrations and events for employees to boost morale and team spirit.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and guidelines in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage employee complaints and grievances through effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Implement new platforms to enhance organizational communication and engagement, ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration among teams.
  • Perform various human resources and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Lead employer branding efforts and manage social media presence to showcase the company's values and mission.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and employee records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality protocols.
