We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our organization. As the face of HR on the ground with our employees and leaders, you will champion the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive our success.
As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage various projects on behalf of the executive team. You will also be responsible for building HR, administrative best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Working on multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general admin matters.
- Overseeing and managing various projects on behalf of the executive team.
- Building HR, administrative best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
- Leading and building a professional HR organization.
- Managing company risk, governance, and compliance.
- Proactively anticipating and driving the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings.
- Providing proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
- Understanding the data environment and leveraging insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encouraging continuous learning, and staying current with the latest industry trends.
- Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
- Talent management: recruiting, developing, and guiding the company to retain talent.
- Managing vendor and customer contracts.
- Helping build/implement systems for client retention.
For this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
- Advanced experience leveraging business and organizational insights in enhancing programs or processes.
- Advanced experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with differing stakeholder groups.
