- Own the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving culture, engagement, and leadership development in scaling, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in org design, talent strategy, performance management, and employee experience.
- Strong communicator with executive presence and ability to influence across levels and regions.
- Skilled in people analytics, internal communications, DEI, and remote/hybrid team dynamics.
