About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our network automation and AI/ML strategy. As the Director of Network Innovation, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our global network innovation vision, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Implement Network Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive network innovation strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry trends.
  • Drive Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  • Innovate and Differentiate: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Engage at the Highest Levels: Represent us in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Build World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Expertise: Proven track record of success in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Executive Presence and Influence: Executive presence and influence with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business and Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
