Job Title: Academic Director of Governance
The School of Government at our university is seeking a visionary leader to head its operations. As Academic Director of Governance, you will be responsible for defining the school's medium and long-term academic and research direction, as well as providing leadership to teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create a vision for the school that drives academic excellence and innovation.
- Leverage your expertise to lead the development of academic programs and research initiatives.
- Mentor and guide staff members to ensure their growth and success.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster interdisciplinary learning and research opportunities.
- PhD in Political Science or Public Policy.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in academic leadership.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, program development, and team management.
