Sales Manager Sourcing
- Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as society managers and club administrators.
- Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets.
- Drive project awareness among partners via structured training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination.
- Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including local influencers and communities.
- Maintain active relationships with defined partners to ensure asset usage, business updates, and participation in active mandates.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Expansion of society, club, and RWA referral ecosystems.
- Influencer and local referral network cultivation.
- P0, P1, and Breadth CP engagement – Activation, training, and continuity.
Job Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales.
- Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.
Core Competencies:
- Deep understanding of buyer behavior and sourcing dynamics.
- High execution ownership with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Trust building with stakeholders across fragmented sourcing environments.
