Sales Manager Sourcing

  • Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as society managers and club administrators.
  • Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets.
  • Drive project awareness among partners via structured training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination.
  • Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including local influencers and communities.
  • Maintain active relationships with defined partners to ensure asset usage, business updates, and participation in active mandates.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Expansion of society, club, and RWA referral ecosystems.
  • Influencer and local referral network cultivation.
  • P0, P1, and Breadth CP engagement – Activation, training, and continuity.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.

  • Deep understanding of buyer behavior and sourcing dynamics.
  • High execution ownership with a target-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Trust building with stakeholders across fragmented sourcing environments.
